Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using patternsofidentityreconstruction.store. By accessing or using the Store, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Store

The Store is operated by Andrew CV Squires, founder of Patterns of Identity Reconstruction, a proprietary discipline ("PIR"). All products are components of the PIR discipline — books, workbooks, digital downloads, and related artifacts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. Prices are listed in USD. If a pricing error is discovered after an order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the correct price before fulfilling the order.

4. Orders and Payment

By submitting an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Store — including product descriptions, book content, doctrine frameworks, named patterns, taxonomies, terminology, visual assets, and the Patterns of Identity Reconstruction discipline itself — is the exclusive intellectual property of Andrew CV Squires.

Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-transferable license for individual, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, translate, adapt, teach, or create derivative works from any PIR materials without prior written permission.

The following are protected and proprietary: the name "Patterns of Identity Reconstruction," the abbreviation "PIR," all named doctrines, the PIR pattern taxonomy, the Structural Cycle framework, and all book titles and content in the PIR doctrine series.

6. Digital Products

Digital products are delivered for personal use only. You may not share, upload, distribute, or resell digital files. Unauthorized distribution constitutes infringement of intellectual property rights.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE STORE AND ITS PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANDREW CV SQUIRES AND PATTERNS OF IDENTITY RECONSTRUCTION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of New York County, New York.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Store constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
