Digital Products

All digital products — eBooks, PDF downloads, and audio books — are delivered digitally upon payment confirmation. You will receive an email with download or access instructions. No physical shipping applies.

If you do not receive your digital product within 30 minutes of purchase, check your spam folder first, then contact support@patternsofidentityreconstruction.com with your order number.

Physical Books (Print Editions)

Print books are produced on demand through BookVault, our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. Your book is printed specifically for your order, ensuring superior print quality.

Production Time: 3–7 business days from order confirmation before your book ships.

Domestic (United States): Estimated delivery 7–14 business days from order date, depending on destination and carrier.

International: International shipping availability varies by destination. Where available, estimated delivery is 14–28 business days from order date. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country — these are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our pricing.

If your country is not currently available at checkout, contact support@patternsofidentityreconstruction.com and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Tracking availability depends on the carrier and destination.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us immediately — we can correct it if fulfillment has not yet begun.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact support@patternsofidentityreconstruction.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the situation.
