Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Current Products

All products currently available in this Store are one-time purchases. There is no recurring billing, no automatic renewal, and no subscription required to purchase any current product.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships or before digital delivery begins. To cancel a pre-order, contact support@patternsofidentityreconstruction.com with your order number as soon as possible.

Future Subscription and Membership Products

Patterns of Identity Reconstruction will introduce subscription-based products in the future — including courses, certification programs, and membership tiers. The following terms will apply when those products become available:

• You may cancel any subscription or membership at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until that period ends.
• No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods already billed.
• Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Notice of conversion will be provided in advance.
• Annual subscription holders who cancel within 7 days of their renewal date may request a prorated refund for the unused portion of the annual term.
