Patterns of Identity Reconstruction is a doctrine-driven discipline. Every product in this store — physical or digital — is created with precision and delivered with intention. We stand behind everything we sell. We also believe in clear, honest terms.

Physical Books (Print Editions)

All print book sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially incorrect (wrong title, missing pages, significant printing error), we will replace it at no cost to you. To request a replacement, contact us at support@patternsofidentityreconstruction.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photograph of the issue. We will confirm your replacement within 2 business days.

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier once a package has been handed off for shipping.

Digital Products (eBooks, PDF Downloads, Audio Books)

All digital product sales are final. No refunds are issued once a digital file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

If you experience a technical issue with your download — a corrupted file, a failed delivery, or an access error — contact us at support@patternsofidentityreconstruction.com within 7 days of purchase. We will resolve the technical issue and ensure you receive the product you purchased.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order purchases may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the item ships or before the digital file is made available. Once fulfillment begins, standard policy applies. To cancel a pre-order, contact support@patternsofidentityreconstruction.com with your order number.

Order Errors

If you believe an error was made in processing your order, contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will review and correct legitimate order errors promptly.
